Returns & Refunds

We currently offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your product arrived damaged
  • Your product is defective or has a manufacturing issue

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable

Important Notes

  • Refunds are only available for eligible issues listed above
  • We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or orders placed incorrectly by the customer
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
