Returns & Refunds
We currently offer refunds or replacements in the following situations:
- You received the wrong item
- Your product arrived damaged
- Your product is defective or has a manufacturing issue
To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at agingallstars@gmail.com.
When reaching out, please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging, if applicable
Important Notes
- Refunds are only available for eligible issues listed above
- We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or orders placed incorrectly by the customer
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
